To identify these internal leaders, this organization organized a digital voting process throughout the entire organization using Qultify.

Naast de directe of lokale invloed van werknemers op hun directe collega’s, houden we ook rekening met hun organisatiebrede of wereldwijde invloed.

Nu de meest geschikte kandidaten zijn geïdentificeerd, wordt er een kick-off evenement gehouden om de doelen en acties van de gemeenschap vast te stellen.
