I want to do an Organization Network Analysis (ONA), where do I start?

Every ONA starts with a clear business case or challenge. What is it you want to investigate? What are key success factors? With a clear goal in mind, you can choose a solution that best suits your needs. We’re happy to help you through this process.

What about the privacy of the ONA participants?

The processing of personal data is generally only allowed if there is a legal basis for it. There are various legal bases for processing personal data, such as consent, the fulfillment of a legal obligation, the performance of a contract, the protection of vital interests, the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, and the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller or a third party. In the case of an employer-employee relationship, the processing of personal data is often based on the necessity for the performance of the employment contract. However, in some cases, consent may also be required, for example, if the processing is not strictly necessary for the performance of the employment contract. By default, Qultify asks participants for explicit consent to process their data.
